Where do you ship?
We only offer shipping rates for the US (including territories) at this time.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final and we do not accept returns (with the exception of damaged items). You can read our full return policy here!
What if I receive a damaged item?
If any of your items are broken upon receipt, please reach out to us at hello@planetsperfumery.com with your order number and a photograph of the damage so we can get your item(s) replaced. For any other questions or concerns regarding the order you received, please contact us here!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders $200 or more ship free within the US.
What company do you use to ship, and when will I receive my order?
Orders are packaged and shipped out within 7-10 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order has been sent out, the shipping time depends on your area and any potential weather or seasonal delays. Please contact USPS directly with your tracking number if you have any concerns about the route of your package!
Product questions
Are your fragrances unisex?
"Gendered" fragrance is a somewhat recent concept (late 19th century) that actually originated as a marketing technique. Scent has no gender - our fragrances are for everyone!
Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
All of our fragrances are cruelty free. Our products are mostly vegan as well, with the exception of Mars, which is formulated using ethically sourced wool absolute.
Are your fragrances all natural?
We intentionally source and utilize materials that are regeneratively or sustainably produced, both precious botanicals and human-made synthetics. We don’t use any endangered species, in alignment with designations established by the International Union for the Conservation of Nature’s (IUCN) Red List of Threatened Species, CITES, and other reputable organizations, and we use upcycled and biodegradable musks and other molecules.
